It’s time for PILATES!!

Pilates is for everyone regardless of age or gender. You can improve your posture, reduce stress, improve flexibility. Studies have shown that Pilates improves quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain, most notably decreasing back pain. This is our first ever pilates challenge, so we are looking forward to have a fantastic challenge!

You need a minimum of 1 check-in per week for this challenge.

Prize

Juzo USA will award 1 prize in the form of 1 SET OF GARMENTS (either 2 legs or 2 arms). This prize is not redeemable for cash and non-transferable.

WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON Nov 1, 2021.

Checklist

  • Add movethatlymphchallenge@gmail.com to your email contacts. All one-to-one communication will be via email including any questions.
  • You will receive a virtual bib number as your identifier in the challenges via email as well as the link to the group.  Use it as your hashtag in addition to #movethatlymph #juzocompression #lymphiestrong.

  2. Upon receipt of payment and form, you will receive a virtual bib number via email to use as a hashtag in your check-in posts
  3. You must fill out and abide by all requirements.
