Amy’s Story

Transformation Tuesday ✨✨

#LymphieStrongPeople

Amy almost died 5 years ago from sepsis and undiagnosed lymphedema. She spent the next 3 years climbing 🧗‍♀️ up to reclaim her life back.

Aug 3, 2018 – She stumbled on a link sent by her daughter and joined the Official Lymphie Strong Inspiration Group for Lymphedema and Lymphie Strong food support group where she recently completed a #myvision2020 Vision Board.

Amy’s 2020 Vision Board

Feb 6, 2019 – She joins The Lymphedema Running & Fitness Club and completes 6 challenges leaving her wheelchair in the dust.

Nov 19, 2019 – She shares her Before/After photos. 🤩💞💞

“I just really feel like everything happened for me in a perfect storm. Lymphie Strong, my therapist, my primary, and my movement were the catalysts. I go forward because I must. The only time I look back is to remind myself how far I have come.” -Amy

Not all transformations take weeks or months. Some take a lot longer. This woman is an example of perseverance, and she’s not stopping.

Please join me in applauding her efforts!! 🥳🥳🎉🎉
