The Decade In Motion: Move That Lymph Challenge marks the opening of a very special year — the 10-year anniversary of the Lymphie Strong Running & Fitness Club. For a decade, this community has shown up through seasons of diagnosis, recovery, adaptation, strength, and perseverance for people living with lymphedema. This challenge is not about pace, distance, or perfection. It is about intention. Whether your movement today looks like walking, stretching, rolling, rebounding, physical therapy, or gentle range-of-motion work, you belong here. Every form of movement counts, because every body counts.

As we begin this anniversary year together, the Decade in Motion: Move That Lymph Challenge invites you to move daily at your own level and in your own way. There are no leaderboards and no pressure — only consistency, connection, and community. This challenge honors where you’ve been, supports where you are now, and makes space for where you’re going next. Ten years of movement brought us here. Let’s keep moving forward — together.

You are courageous and we want you to get out there and strut your stuff while moving to improve or maintain your lymphatic health. There is no better time to join in the fun of moving while simultaneously increasing lymphatic health awareness to all around you in your family and local community.

Challenge duration: January 10 – February 10, 2026

Registration window:  January 9 – 15, 2026

💗 How It Works

How the Challenge Works
Decade in Motion is simple and inclusive by design. The goal is to move your body intentionally each day in whatever way works best for you for at least 10 minutes – one minute for every year .

There are no mileage requirements, pace goals, or performance benchmarks. Walking, running, rolling, stretching, rebounding, swimming, physical therapy exercises, chair movement, and gentle range-of-motion all count.

You choose the time, the intensity, and the type of movement. The focus is consistency, not comparison.

Please check-in when you can with the Facebook group at least 2 x a week.

Why This Matters
For 10 years, this group has proven that movement doesn’t have to look the same to matter. Bodies change. Abilities shift. Life happens. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to showing up for ourselves and each other. Decade in Motion is about honoring that legacy and setting the tone for the year ahead.
