Deep Water Running

Last week Lymphie Strong was proud to present “Deep Water Running by Jennifer Conroyd, CEO of Fluid Running” on Thursday June 20, 2019 at 12:00 PM CST. It is available to view now in the group.

Jennifer Conroyd is the founder of Fluid Running, a nationally recognized deep water exercise program. She is an avid athlete, Boston Marathoner and Ironman. Fluid Running was voted as one of the Top 20 Best Workouts in America by Men’s Journal. She quickly learned that it could help anyone, especially those with injuries, seeking a challenging workout without the pain often associated with land-based exercise.

Jennifer is a graduate of Miami University, an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and USA Track and Field trained coach. She has worked individually with hundreds of clients helping them reach their fitness and competitive goals. Many of these clients are referred to her by doctors and physical therapists. She has dedicated the past 8 years of her life to educating others and spreading the word about the benefits of deep water running.

Earlier this year she created a page on her site just for Lymphedema Awareness.
