Welcome to the LAST #MOVETHATLYMPH Virtual Race for 2023!!

Can’t think of a better way to get into the holiday spirit than with the New Year’s Move That Lymph Eve 5K!

All are invited to join this virtual race including runners and walkers alike. Dress in a holiday sweater, shirt, hat, or even dress up your compression! The more tinsel, bows, reindeer, snowmen, santa suits, and candy canes, the better.

There is no better time to join in the fun of moving while simultaneously increasing lymphatic health awareness to all around you in your family and local community.

Virtual Race Overview

You will receive a virtual bib number as your identifier in the challenges. Use it as your hashtag in addition to hashtags we have.
Our half marathon and 10K distances in the virtual race series are purely optional. The minimum distance for completion is 5K.
